Welcome to Private Chef Mark Weeks
We have exciting news about our very popular private dining experience that is offered to guests staying with us at our log cabins or the Sheepyard Barn.
The highly recommended service, currently provided by the fabulous Marcus Lane, will see some changes from December when Marcus takes some time out with his family to travel around the world!
We are so excited for him and will look forward to keeping up to date with their adventures and then seeing what he’ll bring to the kitchen once home with new tastes, dishes and inspiration from his travels.
In his place, we’re delighted to welcome Mark Weeks on board – and to Suffolk! – to offer an amazing dining experience to guests. We have had the pleasure of a taster evening with Mark and were all blown away by his food and truly charmed. It was exceptional.
Mark moved to Suffolk to be closer to family, following the birth of his first daughter in May 2023. Prior to this, he’s been offering a private chef service in the Cotswolds and has over 20 years experience with six years in Michelin star kitchens as well we some great reputable pubs. He has a huge passion for food and an eye for detail, with flexibility in creating unique menus.
We are confident guests will be seriously impressed with his food and thoroughly enjoy the experience.
