Update Following 22nd February Government Announcement
Updated 22nd February 2021
Further to the Government announcement this evening, whilst we have welcomed the definite dates of when guests can take their booked holidays, we are aware that sadly there are many guests who this does still impact and will be unable to visit as planned.
Starting this evening, we are contacting all guests who have a holiday booked with us between 1st March and 12th April 2021 to discuss options for their booking that can no longer go ahead.
For those guests with a booking between 12th April and 17th May 2021 where a single household can go on holiday, we will be making contacting to confirm how you may proceed with your booking.
For barn guests with a booking from 17th May 2021, we will be making contact to discuss options that adhere to the ‘rule of six’ and/or two household and hope that we will be able to help.
If you have a cabin booking from 17th May 2021 onwards and are a mixed group, we very much look forward to welcoming you as planned.
We remain hopeful that all social distancing limits will be removed by 21st June 2021 as outlined by the Government and that everyone can enjoy their late spring and summer holidays as they’d like.
Please be assured we will be in contact and will work as quickly as possible to help each and every guest. We thank you in advance for your patience and support.
Stay safe and our very best wishes,
Andrew, Sarah, Jess and the rest of the Suffolk Escape team.
