Triumph at Tourism Awards!

We did it! We won the ‘Customers at the Heart of Everything’ award!

It is with great pleasure and immense pride that we announce our success at the prestigious Norfolk and Suffolk Tourism Awards last night, 28th February 2019.

Held at Open in Norwich, a dazzling ceremony hosted by David Whiteley saw the best of an array of different business that draw in, accommodate and impress a tremendous amount of visitors to the beautiful counties of Norfolk and Suffolk.

After being shortlisted, then visited by the judges, The Suffolk Escape was announced as a finalist for two categories – ‘Customers at the Heart of Everything’ and ‘Best Self Catering Establishment’, which we were delighted with as we felt these two categories really stood out for us and where we put all of our effort into.

We were delighted be announced as a runner up for Best Self Catering Establishment and then was awarded Winner of the Customers at the Heart of Everything award. We are absolutely thrilled.

Customers really are at the heart of everything we do and we put a lot of focus, energy and time into listening to customers and most importantly, making changes based on what customers tell us, to help improve the service and experience we offer those who come to stay with us. This was a really important award to us and means so much to be recognised for our truly dedicated customer focus ethos.
