Tier Impact Update

It is with a very heavy heart that we confirm we will be closed from 26th December 2020 until the Government advises that we are allowed to reopen.

Following the latest tier announcements yesterday, 23rd December 2020, that saw Suffolk move into tier 4, we will remain closed until further notice. We have contacted all those with bookings that have been impacted.

We have also made contact with guests whose bookings in January may be impacted should the tier 4 status stay in place beyond two weeks.

We have taken the decision to not accept any new bookings between now and the end of March 2021 while the situation is unsettled. However, we will be reviewing this on a regular basis and in line with government announcements.

On a personal note, we are very sad not to be seeing guests as planned and the impact this is having on those who are yet to know if they will or won’t be having their holiday.
