Our Sheepyard Barn offers short and week-long breaks all year round, with the seasons providing a beautiful backdrop and a different experience each time.

Our short breaks that run from Monday to Friday for a four night stay offer a great value escape and an opportunity to stop, relax and unwind whenever the need arises, especially for parents with young children who are able to holiday outside of the school term.

The Sheepyard Barn is the perfect destination for an escape from normal day to day life and, being parents ourselves, we have tried to design the building and facilities to help make an escape as relaxing as possible for parents, yet fun and safe for the little ones.

A remote and peaceful location which enables parents to relax knowing their children are safe from roads (the nearest one is over 1/2mile away!) and provides the perfect setting to truly relax.

There is plenty for young children to do onsite to keep them happy in all weather conditions, giving you a chance to relax too. These include:
