I have just read yet another inspiring news piece about our armed forces personnel and again I’m blown away by their courage and honour.

I would like to do a little something for them, so I would like to offer a free holiday to a deserving person and their partner/friend. If you know anybody in the armed forces (active or retired) who you think deserves a peaceful escape please can you nominate them (including a short reason why) via email (escape@suffolkescape.co.uk).

Really important is that even if you do not know anybody appropriate please can you still share this opportunity as somebody who is friends with you may know somebody deserving and they will hopefully see it.

If you know any other ways to spread the word (social media, forums, associations, etc) then please do so.  Then we can hopefully recognizing some inspiring, deserving people who have given so much for us.

David Hopps, a good friend and an army veteran, will help me go through any nominations and select a deserving person.

Just thinking as I type…we will also offer another holiday for another nominated person and they will be randomly selected from all those nominations received.  So any nomination has random chance to win a holiday too.

T&C’s: Nominations close on Mon 23rd November and the winner will be announced on Thu 26th November via our Facebook page and website.   These 2 x holidays are for any mid-week (Mon-Fri) available up to the end of May 2016, each for 2 people .  They will be in one of our four, adults only, luxury log cabins here in Suffolk…complete with log fires, hot tubs, huge beds.
