Mark Weeks has recently joined us with a wealth of chef experience including six years in Michelin star restaurants and reputable pubs, and many private dining occasions from weddings and celebratory meals, to shoots and hen parties. Following the birth of his first daughter in May 2023, Mark and his family moved to Suffolk to be closer to family. He has a huge passion for food and a keen eye for detail, with flexibility in creating unique menus. All of his guests comment on how easy going, friendly and polite he is. A perfect combination for a truly wonderful dining experience.
