Rural Business Awards – Runner Up for The Suffolk Escape

Thursday 25th October saw the first ever East region ceremony of the Rural Business Awards where we waited with bated breath to find out if The Suffolk Escape would be crowned Best Rural Tourism Business.

We were shortlisted to a small group of five rural businesses that had made bringing tourism to their local economy a focus of their business ethos. It’s a value very close to our hearts, having started out as a working farm only through many generations of the family, and so were thrilled to be recognised for our efforts in this.

We are proud to announce we were awarded Runner Up of the Best Rural Tourism Business award and it was a huge honour to be surrounded by so many talented rural businesses in the area. The winner, Norfolk Outdoor Adventures, was a fine winner of this category and we wish them every success for the national final in February.
