Review of the Sheepyard Barn

Trip Advisor Review:

As a mixed group of 25-35yr olds, we had a brilliant stay at The Suffolk Escape, the barn is absolutely beautiful and really well-equipped with everything you need for a fun and relaxing break. The barn is finished to such a high spec and it is actually even better than it looks in the photos.

You can very comfortably sleep 12, even the bunkbeds are really luxurious! Everything is spotlessly clean and the swimming pool, hot tub, board game & dvd collections and trampoline are great extras to keep everyone entertained.

Highly recommend the pizza kit, although we could definitely have done with more dough for a group of 12, so it’d be worth requesting more if you’re cooking for a large group. The pizza oven worked brilliantly and Andrew set it all up for us so that we could use it with minimal fuss.

Location is also brilliant, you’re in the middle of nowhere so making noise is not an issue for a bigger group and the countryside is really lovely for walks. Also visited a brilliant pub for a late lunch on New Years Day which Andrew recommended, “The Crown” in Stoke by Nayland, which was a short drive away.

The whole group absolutely loved the barn and we had such a brilliant stay, it could not have been a more perfect setting for our New Years Eve. We are all recommending it to everyone we know and we’d love to return again next year.
