Our private chef Stuart has lots of exciting menu ideas…here are some suggestions.  These evening are perfect for a romantic evening or groups of friends getting together…Stuart also offers to cook the perfect breakfast too.   It has been very popular for anniversaries and even marriage proposals!   contact us if fancy some special for your escape.

To Start

Spaghetti alle vongole (made with local clams)

Pumpkin risotto with sage & parmesan

 

Main Course

Hake with a romesco crust served on a bed of braised fennel

Venison with a red wine and chocolate sauce served with creamed cabbage and gratin dauphinoise

Roasted peaches with pistachios
