Our 1st Birthday

 

Well it has been 1 year since we opened to our first guests! Wow what an amazing 12 months! We would just like to say a huge thank you to everybody who helped us create the Suffolk Escape it has surpassed our expectations as our guests have been so delighted with their stays.

Our second big thank you goes to all of the wonderful guests who have stayed with us. We have been so lucky to have welcomed people who were a pleasure to host and who all looked after our lodges so well. Many have returned or are coming back and some have been back 4 times already! The feedback in our guest book and Trip Advisor has made all our hard work really worthwhile and it is good to know we appear to be doing things right!

The plan for our 2nd year is to change very little as the feedback has been so good! The landscape is maturing and wildlife starting to flourish. We are doing more farm tours which include a beer/wine snack stop. These were very popular with guests last summer and people gained a bit of background on rural life during the drive and enjoy a drink and chat in a quiet spot on the farm.
