Late Summer Strolls in Suffolk

As summer slowly rolls into autumn, we can’t think of a better way to spend some time than to take a stroll in nature and enjoy all that late summer brings.

Our beautiful county of Suffolk has walks with a variety of back drops from coastal to countryside and everything in between.

Here are some walks to enjoy in Suffolk if you’re staying here at The Suffolk Escape or you’re visiting Suffolk.

Ickworth Estate
A short circular walk around the estate of Ickworth House following paths of ancient woodland and parkland.

Hadleigh Railway Walk
An out and back, gentle trail walk along the old railway of Hadleigh, starting and finishing at the old station buildings.

Pin Mill
A circular woodland and heathland walk with views of the River Orwell.

Flatford and Constable Country
A picturesque walk that explores Stour Valley and Dedham Vale with the option of a long walk and a shorter walk.
