Notes for Sheepyard Barn Bookings:

  • All prices are shown above are for the property and are inclusive of VAT.
  • Changeover days are Monday and Fridays (during peak seasons Fridays only)
  • The Sheepyard Barn accommodation sleeps a maximum of 10 adults/children in 4 bedrooms plus an addition can be booked for the Shearing Shed at an additional fee, just select 12 guests to see rate. (The barn accepts children of any age)
  • Week breaks operate Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday, with access from 4pm on day of arrival to 9:30am on day of departure.
  • Short breaks are not always available during peak season bur run Fri-Mon and Mon-Fri.
  • Minimum of 7 nights breaks starting on Fridays only over the school holidays, and starting on Mondays or Fridays over Christmas and New Year.
  • Christmas 2024 week: Mon 23rd Dec 2024 to Mon 30th Dec 2024.
  • New Year 2024: Mon 30th Dec 2024 to Fri 3rd Jan 2025.
  • Christmas 2025 week: Mon 22nd Dec 2025 to Mon 29th Dec 2025.
  • New Year 2025: Mon 29th Dec 2025 to Mon 5th Jan 2026.
  • A £400 Security Deposit is added to the booking cost and is fully refundable except for any costs due to breakage, damage, extra cleaning, you have inadvertently returned home with the access key or charges levied by the Management for damage to their property or facilities and/or costs arising from noise or disturbance to other guests and owners. It will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure. Please be aware that for Christmas and New Year booking this is security deposit is extended to £800.
  • No smoking is permitted inside the barns but cigarette ash trays are provided under the kitchen sink for use outside.
  • Use of the swimming pool, hot tub and sunken trampoline are at the guest’s own risk but all users must read and adhere to the guidelines supplied in the Guest Information pack.
  • Our WiFi is strictly limited to browsing only not for streaming live TV, downloading music/movies or watching You Tube. Being so rural we only have a limited supply.
  • For peace of mind we would advise you to take out your own Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
  • For longer stays or group bookings please contact us by email or phone.
  • Deposit of 25% of the holiday price is required to secure booking with the balance due eight weeks before stay. Please see Booking Terms and Conditions for further details.
  • Regrettably we are unable to accept all male groups in our Sheepyard Barn due to our insurance policy.
