Notes for Log Cabin Bookings:

  • All prices are shown above are for the property and are inclusive of VAT.
  • The log cabin accommodation sleeps a maximum of four adults in two bedrooms.
  • Week breaks operate Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday, with access from 4pm on day of arrival to 09:30am on day of departure.
  • Short breaks are not always available during peak season.
  • Christmas break 2024 – Friday 20th December 2024 to Friday 27th December 2024.
  • New Year break 2024 – Friday 27th December 2024 to Friday 3rd January 2025.
  • Christmas break 2025 – Monday 22nd December 2025 to Monday 29th December 2025.
  • New Year break 2025 – Monday 29th December 2025 to Monday 5th January 2026.
  • Minimum of 7 nights breaks only over Christmas and New Year.
  • Change over days – Mondays and Friday.
  • A £100 (log cabin) / £400 (barn) Security Deposit is added to the booking cost and is fully refundable except for any costs due to breakage, damage, extra cleaning, you have inadvertently returned home with the access key or charges levied by the Management for damage to their property or facilities and/or costs arising from noise or disturbance to other guests and owners. It will be returned to you within two weeks of your departure. Please be aware that for Christmas and New Year booking this is security deposit is extended to £200 (log cabin) and £800 (barn).
  • No smoking is permitted inside the cabins but cigarette ash trays are provided for use outside.
  • For insurance reasons with the lake we are unable to accept children under 14 at our log cabins. The barn is open to children of all ages.
  • Infants 12 months and under can be accepted at the cabins.
  • Sadly, no pets are allowed in the log cabins due to consideration of our other guests who may have allergies.
  • For peace of mind we would advise you to take out your own Holiday Cancellation Insurance. Unlike some holiday operators we will not push insurance on you.

  • Weekend breaks are from Friday 4pm to Monday 9:30am.
  • Mid-week breaks are from Monday 4pm to Friday 9:30am.
  • Deposit of 25% of the holiday price is required to secure booking with the balance due eight weeks before stay. Please see Booking Terms and
