Pilates is a fantastic all-body workout that strengthens your core, challenges your balance, body awareness, and improves your mobility, stability and flexibility. Relaxation and breathing are also two key Pilates principles which help you to connect your mind and body so you can move and feel better.

Whether you fancy a class as part of your relaxing stay, want to challenge your body or need an exercise class to help support an active holiday then Hollie can tailor a session to suit. No need to have any previous Pilates experience – Hollie works with beginners, improvers, intermediates and sports men and women. Classes are normally 60 minutes long and all equipment is provided.

About Hollie

Hollie completed her teacher training with Body Control Pilates (BCP) in London. Founded by ‘Queen of Pilates’ Lynne Robinson, whose method of breaking down traditional classical Pilates exercises to make them more accessible for everyone, is one of the reasons BCP is the largest professional Pilates organisation outside the USA. The mat work exercises are adapted to enable us all (regardless of fitness levels) to challenge and strengthen our cores in a safe environment, thereby gaining the full benefit of Pilates.

Pilates is Hollie’s happy hour and she loves teaching others to move, look and feel better. Hollie likes clients to finish a class with a smile on their face and a little fire in their abs!
