Baking Trial

Looking forward to our trial baking lesson with Alice from Chantilly at our Sheepyard Barn. Hopefully a service we can offer to our guests very soon…obviously we need to test it first!

Alice worked as a senior patisserie chef at Rick Stein’s infamous Seafood restaurant in Rock. Her mini Christmas puds that Lesley Dolphin and I tried yesterday live on air at BBC Suffolk were amazing!
