Certificate of Excellence

We are very proud to have just been awarded a “Certificate of Excellence” for 2015 by Trip Advisor.  This is based on the fantastic feedback our guests have left and a huge thanks goes to all of them for taking the time to do this.

Excitingly we are still one of only a handful of business in the UK to have a 100% score of 5/5 from all of our guests.   By ensuring we keep a focus on our attention to detail, continuing to offer outstanding customer service and ensuring we maintain a quality product then this is a result we hope to keep.

The biggest thanks goes to the superb team who have been with us from the start two years ago.  Lisa, Donna, Holly, Lindy & Charlotte ensure after every guest leaves the cabins are turned around to make the next guests feel like they are the first to ever use the cabin.   Thank you to you all.
